CrowdRunner ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our synthetic UX testing platform.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords directly.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the service, including test configurations, test results, persona profiles, and screenshots generated during testing.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but do not have access to your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the CrowdRunner service
- To process your test runs and generate UX insights
- To manage your account and subscription
- To communicate with you about the service
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Retention
We retain your test data for the duration of your account. Test run screenshots and detailed results may be automatically cleaned up after 90 days. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Export — Download your data in a portable format (JSON)
- Deletion — Permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Restriction — Request limitation of processing in certain circumstances

5. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies — Required for authentication and core functionality. These cannot be disabled.
