Currently, CrowdRunner tests publicly accessible pages. If your site requires authentication, we recommend testing your public-facing pages (homepage, pricing, sign-up flow) or providing a staging URL with authentication disabled. Full login support is on our roadmap.

All personas use Chromium (the engine behind Google Chrome) with a standard desktop viewport of 1280x800. Mobile viewport testing is on our roadmap.
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. All your previous test results remain accessible after cancellation.
